§1.1 - RULES ARE FOR ALL DRIVERS

Every Driver in this VTC has to act after these rules, directly after he officially joins Thermo-Liner-Group.

§2.1 - ONLINE-DRIVING (2)

“Driving Reckless”, “Ramming on purpose” and “causing a Crash where non-VTC-Players harm from” should be avoided.

§2.2 - TRUCKERSMP-BANS (6)

Gaining a Ban on TruckersMP isn’t a violating of our Rules. Having 4 active Bans in your Ban-History is not allowed. If the Human-Resource-Management doesn’t agree with 1 or more TruckersMP-Bans of your Ban-History, they can decide to not punish you for this rule.

§3 - DISCORD-SERVER-RULES (2)

Violating the public Rules of the Thermo-Liner-Discord-Server is also a violation of the Drivers-Rules.

§4 - DISCORD (2)

As a Member, Driver of Staff-Member of Thermo-Liner-Group, you are representing the whole virtual company! Do not insult, bully other Players, Users or VTC or writing bad word or expressions in any public channel on every Discord-Server you are on!

§5 - VTC-CONFIDENTIALITY (8)

You are not allowed to publish any VTC-Internal-Content, like “Text, Images and Logos of Thermo-Liner-Group”, “Localmods and their download-link”, “Driver-Announcement and -Informations”.

§6 - LISTEN TO STAFF (3)

Every Driver has to listen to instructions from the @Staff in every Discord-Chat and -Voice-Chats, in every public Chat and in every TruckersMP-Game-Server.

§7 - SUSPICIOUS (2-7)

The Management of Thermo-Liner-Group can exclude every user from this Discord-Server for a unlimited time…
– if there is a suspicion of a violation of this user in the past.
– a high probability that the user will violate our Discord-Server-Rules.
– a high probability that the user will publish or published internal, important or personal information of Thermo-Liner-Group and its members.

§8 - CHANGING THE RULES

The Management of Thermo-Liner-Group can change the rules of our Discord-Server with consent of min. 51% of the full Management (Management, Upper-Management, Founders). The Founders of Thermo-Liner-Group can change the rules of our Discord-Server without a consent of the Management. If the rules get changed, the date of the changes must be updated. Violations of rule are only with the rulebook of the day of the violation.
