Naming and virtual Company
This is the private website of a community and association of fans of computer simulation games with a focus on the simulation game “Euro Truck Simulator 2”. Thermo-Liner-Group is not a real incorporated company. This website and the community behind it are intended to simulate a virtual company. Thermo-Liner-Group does not represent and is not associated with the simulation game “Euro Truck Simulator 2” or “SCS Software”. Similarities in the name of the virtual trucking company have nothing to do with the names of real or other virtual trucking companies and are at best purely coincidental.
Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). You can find the platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated and unwilling to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for Content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on this website according to the general laws.
